FIND A NEW DOCTOR ASAP!
Please start looking for a new veterinarian for your pets ASAP. Many offices in the area are currently booked out several months or not accepting new patients, so don't wait to find a new provider!
STOCK UP ON MEDS
Since our practice is now permanently closed, you will need to contact your new vet for any medications your pet requires. Don't forget to make sure you have an adequate supply to last until your next appointment.
ONLINE PRESCRIPTIONS
The deadline to submit online prescription orders (i.e. Chewy.com, Petmedsexpress.com, etc.) for verification was September 15, 2022. You will now need to update your online profile to reflect the contact information for your new veterinarian.
RECORDS
REQUESTS
The deadline to submit a records request was SEPTEMBER 15, 2022. If you need a copy of your pet's records, you are welcome to complete the form below, though we make no guarantees that you will receive a response since our practice is now permanently closed.
